Valentine Photo Contest-Go Vote!!

Ok, I only had 3 entries come in for the Valentine contest, where was everyone at??!!!! I guess that makes it even easier for the people who did send in their entries to win! I'm starting this poll a little later than I originally planned, so voting will beging today, the 19th, and will be open until the 24th. Winner will be announced on the 25th. "Be My Valentine"-Photo Contest

It's time for another photo contest on the blog! This time the contest is open to anyone-whether you have been to the studio or not. The theme for this contest is "Be My Valentine". Pictures can be of your children, your pet or any other idea you can come up with that says "Be My Valentine"!

Rules:
1. Only one entry per person.
2. Picture must be taken by you-no professional pictures allowed.
3. Pictures must be Valentine related-get creative in your entries.
4. You will be able to email your pictures to me until February 17th.
5. Send your entries to: tamararoach@hotmail.com and include your name, address & phone number along with the picture.

Up to 14 of the best entries will be chosen for the contest.

Voting will begin on February 18th and will end on February 22nd-when the winner will be announced. The winner will receive a FREE studio session*.

Three little cuties!

I just love this family. These kids are soooo cute! The younger two(the boy and girl on each end) are twins. I have photographed them several times-but this was probably one of my favorite sessions with them. Each of them brought along their favorite toy to include in their picture.

It's Contest Time!!

What better way to celebrate the beginning of 2008 than with a “favorite image” contest. I have picked out 16 of my favorite images from 2007-and trust me that was a VERY hard decision to make! I wish I could include everyone-but I had to narrow it down somehow-so please don’t feel bad if your image is not featured. All you need to do to vote is send an email with your favorite to tamararoach@hotmail.com - put CONTEST in the subject line. Please only one vote per person/email address. Duplicate votes will be deleted. Contest will run through January 16th. Winners will be announced on January 18th. So, tell everyone you know to come visit the blog and vote!

What do the winners receive??

1st place winner will receive an 11x14 of their image
2nd place winner will receive an 8x10 of their image

I'm Back!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year's. My Christmas day started out pretty rough, we were leaving to head to my mom's house for Christmas breakfast and I slipped on the ice going down the steps-I didn't break anything but I think I sprained my left ankle. I couldn't walk on my foot for a couple of days, but then it got better-although it is bothering me agian now! Besides that little incident we had a wonderful holiday!

So, now that I have been off for the last 2 weeks to spend time with the family, I am back to work. I will be returning emails and phone calls in the next few days, but if you don't hear back from me by Monday you might want to give me a call or email again to make sure I got your original message.

New and exciting changes are coming for the new year. I will be posting details soon here on the blog-so make sure to check back!

Christmas Delivery Notice

Christmas is almost here, have you ordered your Christmas portraits yet? Sessions are still available for Christmas delivery, but please be aware of the following cut off dates:

• Greeting cards ordered by December 7th will be in around December 14th.
• Portraits ordered by December 12th will be in around December 21st.
• Canvas prints ordered by December 3rd will be in around December 21st.

All orders placed after December 12th will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery, unless a rush order is placed*. Orders placed after December 12th may take 3-4 weeks for delivery due to the holidays.

*All rush orders will include a 50% rush order fee-this includes lab rush fees and overnight shipping.
