Jackie-Class of 2013 Senior Model{Clinton High School, WI}

We had another Senior Model for the Class of 2013 in the studio today...next up is Miss Jackie!!  Jackie will be a Senior at Clinton High School in Clinton WI!!  I believe she wins the title for the furthest traveled senior to come to Tamara Roach Photography!  But, even though she lives out of the area, she has many family & friends in the area, so if you are going to be a senior this year and you know Jackie, make sure you ask her about her awesome experience with us today!!  Look for more of Jackie later this fall when we do her full senior session! 

A little bit about Jackie

• Her dream job is: a doctor
• Her biggest accomplishment has been: helping people on a mission trip
• She loves to listen to: whatever is on the radio
• Her all time favorite food is: hot wings
• Her favorite TV show is: Pretty Little Liars

And when asked what a random fact is about her, she answered “I don't like my feet being touched”!!

Bethany-Class of 2013 Senior Model{Pearl City High School}

Our first Senior Model for the Class of 2013 is……Miss Bethany!  Bethany{aka..Beth} will be a Senior at Pearl City High School…our hometown!!  She was a natural in front of the camera…after we got past the fact she is a blinker!  You will see much more of Beth when we do her full senior session later on this year.  

A little bit about Bethany

• Her favorite class is: Spanish
• Her biggest accomplishment has been: Varsity lettering 2 years in a row in Track & Field
• Her dream vacation is: going to Paris/Italy
• Her favorite place to shop is: American Eagle
• She never leaves home without: her phone/iPod

And when asked what a random fact is about her, she answered “Most people think I’m shy & quiet, but I’m really not”!!

Brandon & Lisa are one of the sweetest couples ever!  I have known Brandon's parents for quite a while now as they are teachers{back when I was in school and my son just has his mom for Kindergarten 2 years ago)! We had soooo much fun during their engagement session this past Saturday.  We started in the studio...went to the cornfield...went to someones house and asked if we could use their red barn...went to Krape Park and ended downtown Freeport{yes, that was a lot-but we were having so much fun}!!!  I can't wait for their wedding next year:)

Halloween Spooktakular Mini Sessions + Costume Contest - Childrens Mini Sessions

It's time for the annual Halloween Mini Sessions{which has now been named the Halloween Spooktakular Event}!!  This year we will also be doing a Costume Contest!  After the event, we will post 1 picture from each session on our facebook page for everyone to vote on.  The winner will receive a basket of goodies{this prize is for the child}!!  But, this special is not just for kids-I would LOVE to see some pets come in all dressed up for Halloween!!  Sessions will run from 10am to 5pm and we have 2 AWESOME packages to choose from!  So, call-email-message or text me to set up your time-limited time slots available!!

Fall Portrait Special

It's that time of the year again!  The leaves are changing{which I LOVE} and the air is getting cooler{which I don't love}!!  This is a wonderful time of the year for family portraits-pictures of the kids-outdoor high school senior sessions-engagement sessions and even the pets!

Amber + Josh - Freeport/Apple River, IL Wedding Photography

I had the pleasure of being a part of Amber & Josh's special day this past Saturday. They are such a sweet couple, filled with lots of LOVE! She had the most beautiful wedding dress ever, along with the flower girl{she looked like a princess}! We stopped at Apple Canyon for some outdoor pictures on the way to the reception, it was looking a little dark on the way-but thankfully the rain held off for us!
